Dr. Linette Fox, Assistant Professor of Management here at Johnson C. Smith University shared her thoughts about The HistoryMakers, one of James B. Duke Memorial Library’s newest licensed databases.
The HistoryMakers is the nation’s largest African American video oral history collection with over 100,000 stories from oral history interviews with over 2000 historically significant African Americans in a variety of fields including the arts, education, civic leadership, politics, business, entertainment, sports and more.
The HistoryMakers database is available to current JCSU students, faculty and staff via the Library’s website.
Dr. Fox’s feedback was featured in the HistoryMakers’ Digital Archive Newsletter published on September 21, 2018.
